This page explains how to make privacy requests concerning information held by Korean Auto Parts through its website and mobile app when available. You do not need the app installed to submit a request.
Request account and associated data deletion
Email sales@koreanautoparts.com with the subject Delete my Korean Auto Parts account.
Send from your account email address if possible. Tell us that you want your account and associated personal information deleted. If you used Apple Hide My Email, identify the relay email associated with your Korean Auto Parts account where possible. Do not include passwords or government identification.
We may verify account control before completing the request. Account deletion covers your account profile, saved Garage vehicles, and associated personal information held by Korean Auto Parts. Deletion removes account access and saved information.
Some records may be retained where needed for legal obligations, security, or dispute resolution. We will explain applicable retention exceptions in our response. Protected backup copies may remain until replaced through normal backup processes.
Access, correct, or delete inquiry information
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of quote and contact information without deleting an account.
Email sales@koreanautoparts.com with the subject Privacy request. Describe your request and include your account email or quote reference, if known. We will review requests under applicable law.
Manage permissions and preferences
When camera or photo features are available in the app, manage their permissions through your device settings. Change your website language using the language selector. Clearing browser storage may reset local preferences and sign you out.
Manage Apple or Google sign-in
You can manage Korean Auto Parts access through your Apple or Google account settings. Disconnecting a sign-in provider does not automatically delete your Korean Auto Parts account, saved vehicles, or inquiry records. To request deletion of those records, use the instructions above.
