For brake pads or discs, specify front or rear, the axle quantity and any equipment or part numbers on the existing component. Tell us whether you need pads, discs, hardware or a complete kit.
Filters
Distinguish oil, engine-air and cabin-air filters. State which service item you need and give the engine or electric powertrain. Do not use an oil-filter request for an electric-only vehicle.
Headlights
For a headlight, specify left or right and whether you need the complete assembly, bulb or a separate module. Describe the fitted lighting features and copy any label numbers; a similar-looking lamp may be a different specification.
Suspension parts
Name the suspension component: shock absorber, strut, control arm, link or bush. Add the axle and side, drivetrain and any suspension equipment. State whether you need one component, a pair or an assembly.
Check what is included
A component, assembly and kit can contain different items. List the pieces you expect, including brackets, fasteners, seals, bulbs or modules, so the quote can specify the supplied contents.
Tell us whether you want a genuine part or an aftermarket alternative, and whether new or another condition is acceptable. The quote must identify the actual product brand and condition.
Have a part number?
Copy the full number and suffix from the existing part or packaging. Tell us its source and the required side, position and quantity. Add a VIN privately on the quote form when available.
Plan the delivery
Include the destination country and postal code. Ask which charges, route, estimated timing and import responsibilities the quote covers. Return terms and any fitment questions must be resolved before ordering.
