Korean Auto Parts is a parts sourcing service operated by KCCM LLC in Michigan. These terms apply to this website and requests for Hyundai, Kia, Genesis and other Korean-brand vehicle parts.
A quote is a proposal for review, not an offer to sell. A purchase becomes binding only when you agree to the quoted terms and KCCM LLC accepts the order in writing. An automated acknowledgment only confirms that we received your message. Prices, stock and delivery estimates may change before written acceptance.
Each quote explains the payment method, amount due, shipping charges, delivery estimate and any applicable taxes or import charges. Review those details before paying. We confirm how and when to pay as part of the written order acceptance.
Cancellation, return and warranty terms are set out in each quote before payment. They may vary by part, supplier, condition and destination. Contact us before canceling an accepted order or sending a return so we can explain the applicable process. Do not send parts to our mailing address without written instructions. Nothing here removes warranty or consumer rights that apply by law.
You are responsible for providing accurate vehicle and part information, including the model year, make, model, market, quantity and any requested VIN, engine or trim details. Review the proposed part and vehicle details in your quote and tell us about any mismatch before accepting it. Website descriptions and illustrations are general guides. Use a qualified installer when needed.
To the extent the law allows, KCCM LLC is not liable for indirect business losses, including lost profits or business interruption, arising from use of this website or the sourcing service. Any additional limits for a particular order must be stated in its accepted quote. These limits do not exclude liability for personal injury, fraud, gross negligence or intentional misconduct, or take away rights that cannot legally be limited.
Michigan law governs these terms and our sourcing service, except where mandatory consumer protections require otherwise. The written terms accepted for an order govern that order. If one part of these website terms cannot be enforced, the remaining parts still apply.
