Name the Filter System

Use the filter name from your workshop list or vehicle documentation: engine oil, engine air/air cleaner, cabin/climate control, fuel or another specified system.

Identify Engine and Powertrain

Include the model year, original market, engine and fuel type or electric powertrain. Label a registration year clearly.

Part Numbers, Packaging and Supplied Items

Copy the complete part number and its source. For a service kit, list each filter and quantity, and ask which seals or related items are included.

Filters

Distinguish oil, engine-air and cabin-air filters. State which service item you need and give the engine or electric powertrain. Do not use an oil-filter request for an electric-only vehicle.

Check what is included

A component, assembly and kit can contain different items. List the pieces you expect, including brackets, fasteners, seals, bulbs or modules, so the quote can specify the supplied contents.

Tell us whether you want a genuine part or an aftermarket alternative, and whether new or another condition is acceptable. The quote must identify the actual product brand and condition.

Have a part number?

Copy the full number and suffix from the existing part or packaging. Tell us its source and the required side, position and quantity. Add a VIN privately on the quote form when available.

Plan the delivery

Include the destination country and postal code. Ask which charges, route, estimated timing and import responsibilities the quote covers. Return terms and any fitment questions must be resolved before ordering.

A request is not an order. Stock, product brand, condition, compatibility, shipping and return terms require confirmation in your quote. No payment is collected here.
